Being a dual-language book, I think it’s great how the author weaves language learning into storytelling.

  This book is a cute way to empower young Latina girls to dream big.
  
  The book doesn't have a plot, instead it presents a list of famous Latina women, and describes a little bit about their life and accomplishments in a fun to read rhyming pattern. The last presented person in the book is 'YOU' in which the reader can decide what their aspirations are, which is a truly sweet touch.
  
  I really enjoy that this book also includes both English and Spanish in the same book, and that it is factual and well illustrated.
