• DAMN. DAMN. DAMN! this book is a roller coaster. Extreme twist and turns and emotional waves. This book brought many tears and memories, both good and bad. It was refreshing to understand a man's point of view of the authoritative mothers effect on young men as well as too see the struggles a man goes through without his father. Many people, both male and female can relate to this book whether the subject matter or the family dynamics. Will continue to read this author.
  PS.... TMI on the sexual prowess after cancer.. Glad to hear that it was beaten but tmi nonetheless. As well as the breakdown on the job... Was that relevant to the book? because I didn't see the correlation. Its. Over all I love this book it will be in my library and I will definitely recommend can't wait to see what else this guy does.

• This book was an excellent read. I finished it in one weekend. The story is compelling as you learn a few things about the character but about yourself. Knowing the stories are true your are surprised at almost every chapter in what he experienced. But even better you learn Byron's most intimate thoughts and that when you have to ask yourself what would I do if I was in that situation. I loved the booked as he also intertwine why forgiveness is so important. Which is why for me this book became an instant classic. It is a story of healing and must read that will have you laughing throughout as Bryon always lace his writing with humor.
